Anyone's car getting older?

I noticed that many of the people with CL's are around 100k+ so i was just wondering what kind of problems i should expect because i already have a few

-squeeling noise when i cold start my car
-sun roof rattles when completely closed even though I've used armoral and other protectants
-loud noise from my driver's side door when i lock the doors

anyone help me out and maybe other people with same probs?

-J

i've gone around and fixed most things
electric chair drive shaft, window regs, door locks, broken change holder, broken cup holder, broken breake lite trunk plastic protector thing,
faded headlights

But i've still yet to get to
The squeeky passenger chair (when no one is riding in it)
visibly worn materials, (chair leather, steering wheel, some chipped faux wood trim)
oh , and i'm gonna need a new drivers side floormat some time soon.
my sunroof gasket wont sit flush anymore,
the other rubbers are starting to wear.

yup its starten to make the move into old age, But as long as I keep up with it, it serves me well.

110k miles.

the squeeky passenger seat is an easy one. its because one of the tracks doesnt click in and the other does. try giving your passenger chair a good strong elbow with your right arm while sitting in the car and it should pop into place. always worked for me. i took the chair out a few times when i was wiring for the swap and it hasnt been doing ot after that.

Ya my pasanger seat squeaks when no one is in it to. But overall I have 125k and it is still in awsome shape and looks almost like new. Some wear on the front seats but overall the cl has been a great car, probably the best car I have ever owned.

My issues @ 135K miles:

1) Rebuilt tranny (died and replaced)- 135K
2) Driver's side power lock actuator (replace)- 135K
3) Driver's side window regulator (died and replaced) - 132K
4) Starter (died and replaced) - 130K
5) Normal wear and tear - oil changes, tires, belts, tune-ups, light bulbs, etc.

The last 5k miles have really cost me a bunch to keep the car running but I didn't want to dish out $20-40K for a new car at this point. Other than those things, the car is running nicely. Interior is holding up quite well.

So far nothing serious happened and im at 112,000 miles. (Knock on Wood) Only minor problems have been

1) Some AC belt in my far right vent is sqeuaking. (annoying but i rarely use AC)
2) Right window regulator is lagging. (prolly gonna die soon)
3) Some scratchy noise in my front right brake but i think thats rust build up.

*Timing belt replaced at 110,000*

Thats about all, so far ive been lucky (Knock on Wood)

161k on my CL. First tranny (2.2L obviously), no real problems even though i beat on the car everyday. Got the oil pan gasket fixed a couple weeks ago. Runs decent for age and my lead foot. Just keep up with regular maintenance and it will last

holy hell man!!! that's a shit load of miles. I thought I was the only one on here over 110k.

I got the squeeky seat too. but mine also doesn't click back into place if you push it too far forward. so I gotta reach under the seat and push the handle over so it locks.(ghetto)
my abs hydrolic res. is pumping out hydrolic fluid
driver seat starting to get worn
pass. window just starting to go slower.all little fix its
I think that's nuthin considering how I drove my car.

I am at 93k.

1) I think my car sat in a puddle couple times from a previous owner. Massive rusting on the caliper parts. Replaced those. Making a squealing noise when I stopping. It wasn't pushing in all the way. Changed out the pads and rotors while I was at it.
2) Blower motor needs to be replaced.
3) did timing belt and tune up.
4) AC leaked out a bit. Drain and fill new freon, cost 90 bucks.
5) Replaced battery two years ago. Probably going to change it out again with a orange top.

Overall I didn't really spent much of repairs, I been happy with the car.
