Anyone have their transmission rebuilt by Aamco?
Has anyone had their transmission rebuilt by Aamco?
I heard that Aamco (and many other transmission shops) uses Bulk Dex III + Lubegard Black HFM as their fluid for Hondas, and I was wondering if anyone has had any shifting problems using this fluid combo.

When Aamco rebuilt your AT for $2800, did it have the lifetime warranty ?
Was the Valve Body and Torque Converter replaced?
Were the friction plates, steels, pistons, sealing rings, filters, gaskets, and seals replaced?

only a 12 month 12K mile warranty. I think you can purchase a better warranty for more $$.
They replaced all the steels, gaskets, filters, and torque convertor off the top of my head. I'm pretty sure it's a full rebuild.
