Any Ideas

Can anyone help me with this problem, I have one head light higher than the other and I can not figure out how to adjust either one so that their both at the same level. Any Ideas anyone?

check where you screw them in and make sure both are tight cuz one may be looser than the other, and if that doesnt work make sure your headlights like the whole casing is tight also
