400 bucks

ok here is the deal. i have 400 ( next week 500 haha) bucks to spend on my car. i have my system with my custom box put in and clear corners on the way. I need an idea to spend the cash on (Its my play money, not something I need to keep for like school or anything) I know the first thing people are gonna say. Drop your car. well if I do that I need to put on coil overs and a camber kit... a complete coil over kit will be around 800 plus springs... so thats out, along with nitrous. So anyone else have anygood ideas? Like something to make my car original..

Drop your car Actually just drop the front half to give it that "Raked" look, along with some fat rear tires No matter what you do, we'll tell you how "clean" it looks. For real though, how about a WW front lip and money to paint it? That might even leave you with some money left over...just my 2 cents

Two Hookers in the back seat in a shopping mall's parking lot out to make you pretty unique I'd say.

If thats not your forte then there was a post recently talking about Carbon Fiber hoods. If you have the cash and nine other people you may be able to get one and that make a cl first that Im aware of

believe it or not you can drop your car. Get Eibach Sportlines, which are around 250 and the Eibach front camber kit which is 150. Have someone install your springs and install the camber kit yourself, it is easy. there you go

Yea but he is likely to blow some shocks if he does that...I know some people still ride on stock shocks when they drop their car...but blowing shocks does happen...ask dustbuster :P

The reason I would want coil overs is because of the snow is crazy up here in indiana... the carbon fiber hood and the front lip are looking good because my hood has a small dent from a softball.

Tell me about it!

But keep in mind, mine blew because I trimmed the bump stops too short (even though I believe they would have blown anway. Just a matter of time).

How about Nitrous?

Gotta go with the NOS.

Coilovers would be the next logical choice.

HID's are within that price range, and you can get the 7000K's like me.

Window tint with a few Ricer stickers should be last, just below the Pep Boys graphics all on the side of the car.

Exhaust kit fromn the cat back would do.

If you got a 4 banger, get headers.

Customize your interior.

yeah you can blow your shocks. I haven't yet but they are on there way. Maybe shocks can be your next investment. Anyway i live in Indiana as well and the snow is not too bad. You have to be care in certain spots, but you should be anyway.

why not just wait till you have enough money to buy coilovers instead of blowing it all early. It's like you have 500$ to spend, but you don't HAVE to spend it NOW. Hold on to it and get something you want. (i know it's hard to hold on to money)
