I got the Comptech's for about $1300. You'll need to get a custom 2.5" cat-back to make them useful.

well, I bought them for $1100 at autocarparts.com and I disagree in saying that you need the cat back to make them useful. Although the gain is not worth the money w/out a ca-back, it is significantly noticeable whne v-tech kicks in for high end power gains!

Just a note to add to this...
I heard a CL-S driver mention how he would never spend the $$$ for the headers just to gain some top end. A month later, he bought them and put them in. At the next meet we had, he was soo impressed with them that people were taking rides in his car. Then, he said it was worth the $$$.

I believe they benefit the CL-S more, but still help the 3.0 quite a bit too. I think they are a must have for someone trying for 1/4 mile times with the 3.0.

anything and everything that can help even with an added 1hp and/or sllight torque increase is worth it in the 1/4 mile cars... easily agreed!
