3.0CL vs. GS-T
Ok, my 1997 3.0CL with Short Ram and 2.5in piping... crush piping. Oh, and its and automatic. Vs. A 1994 GS-T with full cat back exhaust, mandrel bends, intercooler, blow valve and other shit... I couldn't really hear, I was to busy listening to Pac on the Radio.
Ok, at a light... we decide to race, light turns green, We both get an even launch (surprising) but then into 2nd I pull, then 3rd I am gone!
Oh, and I had a passenger, he did not. This does not seem right, cause I raced my friends stock 1997 GS-T with a blow valve that beat me... on the track, oh... and my passenger that was in the car when I raced the '94 GS-T was in my friends '97 GS-T when I raced him on the track, and I had no one in the car... but he only beat me by 0.02 sec's. But still, are the '94 GS-T's just slower??? Or is this a TERRIBLE DRIVER!!!

ok ok here we go.......First of all a blow of valve has no performance adavantage so quit saying "This does not seem right, cause I raced my friends stock 1997 GS-T with a blow valve that beat me... on the track" haha thats funny, and also all 3.0's are auto saying that your 3.0 is an auto is quite redundant.....anyway he either sucks at driving or his car is fucked up, those things is fast........goodngiht

I raced one one time and I beat him, but the car looked like it had been to Irac and back. when we finally stop I asked him what the hell was going on, how did I win and he said " I don't know I just bought it", car looked like shit, the stocks were painted black and the car was just beat to shit. So the one he raced could have be really worked in it's days.

Ok, I know blow valve do almost shit but still... and a GSX is all wheel drive while the GS-T's are not... plus the GS-T motors with over 100,000 miles are shit, unless taken care of... like really taken care of. So the fact of a 3.0CL beating a GS-T is not way off, its possible... our motors last longer and stay perky for alot longer then any GS, RS, GS-T... and yes I did say perky.

The gs-T's run low 15's stock. Some high 14's. Road and track says 15.1, but :thumbsdn: to magazine racing anyway. There are too many variablesto say
. Anything csn happen.
BTW- speaking of beating turbo cars, I used to beat my friends TT300zx all the time, but i don't think the turbo's were working
The car had 150,000 miles and never ran for more than 2 weeks without a problem. When he bought it and took it in for a tuneup, the mechanic said it doesn't look like the hood has been poped for 6 months!!!
