i'm looking at the acura website http://acura.com/index.asp?bhcp=1
and there is no CL. was it discountinued?

They say that there really isnt a market for a mid-size luxury coupe. Not many sales for the CL in 01/02, so they added a 6-speed for 03 hoping that would increase consumer awareness of the CL ....didnt work, so bye bye
Remember though, they "discontinued" the CL for 2000, and a year later came out with the 2nd gen
I think they will come out with one soon!

yeah someone photo shopped a convertible 1st gen CL and it looked pretty hot... if the 2005/06 3rd gen if it ever comes out is a convertible should be hot if they stick to the CL's clean lines style.

some cars just dont need to be convertibles...i saw a new Z at the gas station...convertible...i didnt really like it.

Right on Katies99cl The new Z has got some stones but the interior is fucking whack, so nissan was real smart to put a drop top on it to show the world their new ugly interior, Same with G35,

and the g35 is a pretty nice interior, maby not exactly what you pay for, but when you have 280 hp, brembo's and a car that actually competes with the 3 series in handling, you know where the money went
ditto w/ the Z, that car doesn't cost much
