Veneerz.com is the best one, they provide a tracking number a tons of colors to choose from, not to mention I had mine for a year and it still stuck on, even without applying the extra adhesive provided in the kit.
It's a great cosmetic mod.

I saw the ebay listing, but thought over $40 bucks (after winning the bid + s/h) was a bit much....I just tried the Veneerz.com but that didn't come up, maybe their site is down....I am temped to just go to a sticker store and make it myself from a blank sheet of gloss black...

You can't see his head because the front bumper comes to a point .
Also, does anybody know of any other places that sell the decals for a bit cheaper? $30 is a little steep.

I was thinking the same thing...
and yes I know it comes to a point that's why you can't see it, still funny though.
and that paint looks HOT! If I didn't have to back to driver re-training EVERY time I got a ticket I'd take my plate off and paint mine!

nice job. can you provide any info on what type of paint you used and how you applied it? what type of brushes, curing time, how many applications, etc. etc.?
i'd like to do the same to my NBP 06 TL, but probably with a silver or chrome look to match the color of the front grill...
cheers.

i like change - if i painted mine, i'd either have to redo it again, which takes more time than $$$, or get a new bumper. ebay domed stickers are the way to go... plus it's cheaper...

Has anyone found a sticker that is reflective?
I managed to find some reflective tape and I printed out a logo that matches the front bumper but I am having trouble cutting it out from the tape. The tape is a bit thick and cutting it is a pain.

I got mine from ebay, domeddecals sells them for $35. You just have to ask them to make it custom for you in what color you like. Tell them you were referred by someone from acurazine that bought a red one recently.
I dunno if saying this affects the policies of this website but if it does forgive me.

Sorry sr1sws, been off the computer for a while. Here are some more pics and how to.
1) Wash/clean car/front bumper.
2) Using clear contact paper, like to laminate a card/paper, evenly cover the
Acura logo and make as smooth as possible next to the letters + extra to
protect from overspray.
3) Using an Exacto knife (any art supply store ie Pearl's) carefully cut out the
Acura logo not to gouge the plastic. The knife is razor sharp.
4) Peel away the inside Acura logo.
5) Spray in your color. I did 2-3 passes. Once horizontal, second on an angle
to make sure all the letters were coated evenly and completely.
6) Spray with clear coat if need.
7) Unpeel the rest of the contact paper and your done.

I was eyeballing my bumper today, working on trying to minimize the 400,000 fleabites (previous owner must have driven it in a rock quarry every day) and thinking it would look slick in black. Car is Anthracite Metalic.
Thanks for tipping us to your secret!

mine came in today from veneerz.com and either they sent me the wrong color, or they sent me a completely unfinished product. I ordered the RC color (real chrome), expecting it to be at least reflective and match well with the front grill Acura Logo.
what I got was something that looked like it had been tossed around in the dirt and had no reflective surface what-so-ever.
I left a message with Veneerz to see what's up.
