Battery drain issues 07 mdx

New battery last Sept of last year. New alternator 1 month ago, 157k, timing belt water pump service done 2 months ago. Service center said it had a dead cell but when I have the battery tested at advance auto they say its good. Here's whats happening.
Two scenarios
1. Battery gets jumped in the morning, is fine all day 60 miles round trip to work. Wife drives to lunch , shopping ,or whatever. Drains overnight. Some life in it just not enough to start. Needs jumped in the morning
2. Gets a full charge dies a few days later.

I've read some on the HFL drain but we don't even use and no phones are even linked up.
Any answers? Thanks

I would still look at the HFL even if your aren't using it. I believe it cycles on like many of the electronics in your car. I would disconnect it for a few days and see if that makes a difference. The HFL unit is located in the back of the center arm rest. I can't remember off the top of my head if it has a dedicated fuse that could be pulled.

I would have to agree that it's the HFL. I have a 2006 TL and a 2007 MDX. On my 2006 TL the HFL was not working at all. I would have to charge my battery at least once a month and replace it once a year. I had the HFL fixed 1 1/2 ago. I have had no battery problems since that time.
