I confirmed, my image sensor was terribly dirty. Like someone ate a cheese nacho and sneezed on it. Jeez...now, it's pretty perfect.

I read about it all day today...the fears, the damage, the proper techniques...the stuff that Nikon employees clean theirs with...finally realized there are a dozen ways to skin a cat and after a little trial and error on a technique and set up on my lens glass...I went to town. Used q-tips with a spray of optical cleaner on them...swapping to clean ones often, and wet them very little...until I had nothing but a clean sensor. Probably used about 10 of them.

Anyway...also decided to wash and shoot my baby today...I need to to get over the loss of the S. I really do miss it terribly...mainly driving a convertible. It put a smile on my face that nothing else ever has. But, I digress...TL is still my baby and gorgeous too...even took the time to restuff the armrest with foam. I still love her.

I don't know if it's safe but I shot compressed air into my camera and it knocked out those hidden specks.

They say you're better off using that little ear wax ball blowie thing (scientific term)...which I have, I bought a kit a while ago but it didn't include the swabs or eclipse liquid. My dust wasn't the type that wasn't bonded to the surface so I had to actually wipe the spots clean.

It was nerve wracking, every site has the disclaimer that you'll fk it all up and render your camera useless. I found that if you're cautious, it works out just fine...q-tips and lens cleaner to the rescue.

Great as always. I like the shots showing parts of the interior.

What happened to that dash mat you had? Did you remove it recently? Or a long-ass time ago?

Nice shots.

Regarding the convertible, I'm sure you can pick up a Sebring 'vert down there for cheap. I think that'll fit the bill well.

Loving the ride and shots!

If you have time, would you be able to measure your fender height in each corner from the ground?
I'd like to get an idea of how much lower these cars with coilovers are than mine and if it's worth the extra money lol

PS, I've been trying to find your exhaust tips for half a year now to no avail!
Tried searching everything AMG.

Thanks man!
Actually, the fine people at Acura of Pembroke Pines swapped out my dash for what I considered a fair out of pocket expense about 2 years ago.

I hate you Morgan. I miss that car terribly...but I'll either get another, or something like this.

Thanks, man...sure I'd be glad to...I believe I'm 24.5" Front and 24.75" rear...that translates to approximately 8923.89 kilogrammeters in Canada.

Yes, although I heard recently from another member that he stopped returning calls and had no interest in providing the manufacturer or his source... Not cool.

Richie RV6 has a set and was working on sourcing more for a set of base true duals...I hope that would happen eventually.

Damn, now that you posted that clean azz whip, I do see what you mean and thanks again. I am kind of a hard critic and a d*ck although I try and give my criticism along with some good and not too harsh. Hope I succeed.

We have some very similar rolling shots there!

The new Mustang is very tantalizing.

Guard 5.0 6MT Premium w/ Recaros and Performance Pack

But $42k. For a Ford!!! You can buy a 4cyl TLX for that much!

not if they have everything you have done!
lol...

my buddy test drove it today, he works for Ford. He says it feels VERY comfortable and controllable and refined in comparison. I'm not saying I wouldn't be happy with the 12...but I think there is a lot of potential for the 15 to finally bury the other 2 in all departments including styling.

very true. They did put a lot of R&D into the drive-ability and comfort dept. That is why Ford switched back to the IRS over a live axle. No Mustang has had the IRS since the well known Cobra 2003+ Its a very nice refined vehicle and totally against what MUSTANG has been known for setting new standards and keeping up with today wants and needs while still providing its traditional roots of the Pony sports car.

You sound like a commercial, Josh,
They aren't really at the forefront, but they seem to be more willing to listen and adapt.
They also took no bail out money...which my friend is always boasting about.

Technically Ford didn't take any money from the AIFP, but they did get federal assistance - about $6 billion - in 2009. They were also in support of the AIFP.

And I disagree with the above poster, those photos look quite healthy to me.
