If IHC knows how to pick driving lines better than King Kong, I think IHC may have the advantage, but he'd have to pull those subs and amps out of the back. It's crazy how much different a car feels when you pull weight like that out.

Regardless of what 'car and driver' said about tire comparisons for the S-04 vs RS-3, I think IHC may have the advantage on this one. By the end of the day, magazines like C&D choose the winner by whoever pays them the most, lol.
I don't have experience with the s-04 tires, and I see they have a higher traction rating as compared to the RS-3, but I can't help but feel the RS-3 will still be better, especially once warmed up. Those ratings are subjective at best. It's not like there is a standardized method of testing that is controlled, monitored and enforced by some authoritative body.
Edit: lol, I see the RE-11A tire has a lower traction rating than the s-04. Lol, ya. Right. Those ratings mean nothing. I definitely give IHC the tire advantage.

Either way, I wouldn't hold much faith in either.

I've got a friend that's a super bike instructor there. Let me ask for a favor (I hate asking favors so you better be committed).
We agreed on a race as is, this is the only reason for racing. Same as we both daily drive. Same tires and tune. In other words daily driver trim. If you want to race prep the cars I guess that's alright but you're kind of admitting you can't hang with my 198whp TL. If we're going to continually modify our cars I've got some cooling in a blue bottle I can use or hell, I might as well just pick the GN and run you on big Willow. Maybe I can use the BMW if it's broken in by then and swap tires with the TL but then you wouldn't have a up advantage. See how stupid it sounds and how pointless it is to race anything other than our daily drivers in daily trim?
I can make excuses too. My alignments set up for best tread wear. In addition to the. 200lbs of sound deadening and sound blocking that can't be removed I have a pair of 15s that weigh 55lbs each along with 3 amps. Did I mention it made 198hp lol. I'm on an inferior tire according to you in an inferior car according to you. Doesn't it suck listening to excuses? In the end I bet that my modest setup will beat your over the top setup that you've talked up for months. Now you want to insult me and use meth that I've suggested and you've arrogantly ignored?

This thing started because someone made comments of my lack of mods and lack of hp while boasting of his mods and I'm here to show which one is actually quicker around Willow, that's it. It's pretty simple, will the more powerful, more modded car win or will the car that's been setup well and fine tuned with less power and suspension win.
I don't see the need to discuss until there's a date.

I feel like I'm getting the runaround from this guy. I asked some ppl and it's 100% this fool will flee the scene when I open a can of whoop ass on his tl or wait is ur the BMW or your Buick. GTFO. His challenges are fake. That's why it switched from using meth to blue bottles to street form. I will ignore him and he should be embrassed with posting pics of money like some kind of rich guy

I did a few hard turns today, a few quick accelerations juss pushing it to the max and to be honest this tire is a little shy on the corners than the pilots. It traded off corner traction for comfort but this tire feel very at ease. It grips hard, no road noise and fun to drive. There is less steering grip effort when taking the corners at higher speeds but I haven't tried it in the rain. I can't wait for a rainy day. It is suppose to dominate in the rain
