Has anyone experienced this issue? Every time I begin to brake I hear a noise or rattle coming from the driver side dash area. It does not appear to be a mechanical rattle and never occurs during acceleration or when going over a bump in the road. It's not the regenerative or exterior "electric motor noise". Nothing seems to be loose under the dash or in front under the hood.
