Did you buy it new? Factory radio or has it been replaced? Next thing to do would be get the serial number off the unit itself and look that up.

I bought the car from a dealership and I’m currently driving it in Nigeria. The radio is a factory radio because when i pressed 1 and 6 with power knob, it displays the serial number.

Do you have the manual? Are you entering in the code in the correct sequence? Do you have to push a volume knob or different key to enter it?

yes I have the manual, and yes i enter the code. From
the dash, there is number 1 to 6.
Once i push the radio power on and it displays enter code, i just punch in the codes and it says error.
Is there any other way of entering the code? maybe there’s any other sequence

Radio code for Acura - the EASY WAY!

When we bought our ZDX, we had to do some work and unplug the battery... Acura dealership was USELESS to help us over the phone - the only option was to bring it in, which is 60+ miles away...

So, we tried this: https://radio-navicode.acura.com/

Upon receiving the codes provided, we tried and none of them worked. We called the phone number provided and they quickly helped us out with a new code that worked like a charm!

Hope this helps.
