App broken

October 23 and I had Telematic problems with the Acura ZDX aspect right after I took the car home OK they fixed that at the service center, but my app still does not work and they are trying to correct that and it is now November 6 I have no answer from them about when or how long it will take, but the app does not work at all. This is really poorly done. Anyone else having a problem?

Ever since I got the ZDX 11/20/2024 the app has been a mess. It may connect 1 of 30 times and it is randomly connected without any pattern. Even if it connects, it may not accept Climate Commands. It took weeks for customer service to reply to my complaint and it was only a meet and greet call. They submitted a "ticket" to tech support. So far no response.
It is a big problem for an EV if it cannot connect to the app. One wants to precondition whilst plugged in to spare range. Instead at home I have to go out and start the car in the cold. And when away from home it results in getting into a cold car. The heat pump takes about 1.5 miles driving to generate heat when turned on so it is cold when doing a cold start.
And the app has limited functionality.

Do you not have remote start on the key fob?

I've only had the ZDX for a week. App worked ok to start but the past two days I keep getting an error message when refreshing that says unable to connect please try again in a few minutes. It is frustrating not to be able to see the status of the car when charging.

My MDX remote start has lights that indicate if a remote command was sent and received by the vehicle so if the car is not in my line of sight I know if the command was received, or not. The ZDX generic GMC key fob has the remote start for climate, but no indicator light so one can send a command but one does not know if it was received unless you can see the car.

The no-feedback fob is one of my disappointments with my "GM" Acura. My RDX and all previous Acura's with remote start included LED based feedback and as they say, you don't know what you have until it's gone. I do love my ZDX though!
