Ideas on getting Tesla to fix an issue they claim does not exist?
My bother has a 6 month old model Y that has had connectivity issues since day 1. He has given it to them 4 times (they have it now)
First they claimed user error so he had to document it. Issue was Ota on Tesla network lost connection.
They replaced a module after he presented evidence. Now it sporadically loses wifi connection and LTE. They said buying their premium plan would solve it but didn't
He has a Model 3 loaner and they called while I was in it and said it is fine come get it.
Has anyone fought Elon & gotten an issue fixed?

Like he said, service center is key. There's one good one and one crappy one in my area...and one I'm not sure of because I've never gone there. Went to the crappy one twice to get a squeak fixed and they said it was normal. Went to the good one and they fixed it in 15mins.
