hey everyone

..... anyone rockin a 2 gen TL? I am from Edm... with a 1999 TL. Very clean car in and out... everything is stock but with some aftermarket 17's. Thinking of spending some time doing some things to personalize the ride. Have some 18 inch chrome that I might put on and might lower it a tad.

I havent see many "personalized" TL in Edm? If you have any good ideas... feel free to drop me a line!

 

I'm from Edmonton, North Side. I got a 99 TL for a winter ride and a 05 TL with a-spec front and back lip and 2" drop. Been running spaced out stock wheels for a year and now got 19x8.5 axis shine waiting to go on in the spring. Check my friends out and you can see there are a few edmonton TLers around here.

 

oh by the way I think there is some lowering springs for sale on Kijiji for real cheap, so maybe you can pick those up and be on the way of lowering it.

It was a good deal. Should look much more aggressive. My ride came with with full ground package & spoiler and Klasse rims (17s). I will get some pics up soon.

haha that's sweet you picked those up. Yea I am dropped 2" all around and the car looks so much better. That was my first mod. I got a-spec front and back in july but i haven't posted pics of that yet. I barely drive this car in the winter.

what part of the city do you live at? THere is a bunch of us on the northside, mostly 3G people.

 

I'm on the Southside... that probably why I havent seen the TL's splashing around town.

Just saw this thread. Welcome! I drive a 07 KBP TL-S and I live in the northside. I'm in the southside quite often. I have very subtle "mods" right now but once spring rolls around I'll get started.

holler... i'm from southwest (terwillegar). i drive a WDP 3G TL. Right now I just shaved the emblems and installed a type s lid spoiler.

 

was that lid spoiler hard to install..

 

I went to a 3rd party shop and let them install it. I don't have a garage right and I don't want to wait for summer. you drive a 3G?

 

im northside, got a 07 WDP Type S, all stock for now

Ozerna area, so near belle rive. there's also another white type-s a couple houses down, so 2 on the block
