ZFX Kit - new bottle half full? Help!!

I'm new to Zaino and the ZFX kit. The small blue bottle is only half full of liquid. Is this normal?

I think....it only takes 10 drops for two ounces

Half full is what you get. You use four drops per ounce of Z-2 or 5. There's enough in the vial to cover two 8-oz bottles of Z-2/5.

I just got an e-mail from Zal and he confirmed the little bottle should be about half full. He said there's enough to cover up to 20 oz of Z2/Z5.
