whats up guys, i want to Zaino my tl after so many ppl raving about it but i dont know what to get. i went on the zaino site and this looks rite:

all that is $84.70. is that a good price? its the Zaino Total Protection Show Car Kit on the Zaino site. now are there any directions on a certain order? how do i use this stuff? i also want to get a orbiter to apply the Z-2, Z-5, and Z-6. After the first Zaino treatment, how long before the next one?! and what do i do in between? thanks

 

I would have gone with either a Blackfire, or Fourstar, even Wolfgang kit....$50.00, 1/2 the work involved....

I see you live in Staten Island, Do you every go to that car show on wednesday nights at Chevy's on Hylan Blvd. If you do there's a guy there every week with a corvette who is a Zaino Distributor and sells zaino right there. Will save you on the shipping.

If you go let me know I am always there and could help you with the process. One car I did is on Zaino's site so I know how to apply zaino.

The price is the same if you but the kit or individially. I bought the 100.00 kit so I had everything. I think the zaino products are awesome and I will never ever use anything else. I have tried everything. If your happy with all your other products all you need is the ZFX, Z-2, Z-5, Z-6, and possibly the clay. I would recomend the 85.00 kit. It gives you everything you need to make that car shine. Not to mention if you look at the zfx picture the little bottles when you mix the zfx with the z-2 or z-5 you get enough for 3 coats of the polish. hope this helps.

 

I just order the Clay Z-18, Z-2 Car Wash and the Z-7 Car Polish for a new car I guess you wouldn't need more than this to start. I have lexol and Amorall for the interior.

I helped a friend do his TL Type S 2001 and the car looks awesome. I would say out of Turtle, that 2000 crap polish or whatever...and a bunch of car crap....this is the best stuff that I have ever seen work on a car.

I just got my TL about 3 days ago...and I am going to clay the car and polish it. It looks like the car was out in a sun a little. The guy that I am writing about above did the same thing when he got his and the car still has that showroom shine.

I hate to say it but you should have ordered the Z5 and Z6 also. If there is one product that I use religiously it is the Z6. After every was I go over my car with alittle Z6 and what a difference it makes. The Z5 is great to cover up some minor swirl marks and scratches. It also leave that deap look to the paint. I know there products are expensive but once you go Zaino you'l never go back

I would also use microfiber applicators and towels. Also the cardinal rule. If a towel hits the ground don't use it until you wash it again. Or disregard.

AMEN. Their products are a little pricey for what you get but damn do they work gooood. I gave all my other stuff away. I'll still use diffrent tire shine and things like that but their polish cant be beat.

 

I do the same thing. I use different Tire and Leather cleaners but when it comes to my cars finish its all Zaino.
