Would you bother zainoing a NEW car?

I got my car yesterday, and the dealership did the paint protection, as well as undercoating, leather protection, etc.
Do I bother doing Zaino, or wait a few months.

Do it ASAP. The earlier the better. I would still clay and Dawn the car. The key is the prep work. You can never prep the car too much.

In response to the thread topic . .would I Zaino a new car?
I would Zaino a new car, a new truck, a new RV, a new coffee mug, a new cat - . . . .

Just to re=state what was said - yes, the sooner the better - Zaino has UV40 sun protection - winter sun is pretty bright. Zaino also makes it a lot easier to clean off a winter dirtied car - and when you do wash it (oh please use the touchless ones) it will look better . . . .

Clay and dawn refers to the following . .

Dawn - as in liquid dawn d/w soap. (blue )
Clay as in Clay bar

Clay bar is used to make a paint surface ridiculously smooth prior to applying a polish regime. It is recommended as it removes any and all contaminents that can be found on even a brand new car - such as brake dust, atmospheric contaminents aquired while being shipped , anything else that decided to stick to your clearcoat . .(there are things on brand new cars you can't see)

dawn wash is what you use (mixed with water) to was your car - prior to applying a Zaino program.
Dawn removes all previous waxes that may have been applied, and cleans the surface extremely well.
if you wanne get really anal about it , you could wash the car with dawn, dry it, clay it, re-wash with dawn to make sure it is perfect - and then apply your Zaino.

Many simply wash the car with whatever you use - then clay it, then wash again with the dawn to prepare it for the shine and feel of a lifetime.

They are important steps on the way to a superior finish.

check out www.zainobros.com fo rmore info on the claybar Z18

One more vote of confidence from me. I don' teven let the dealer touch my car when it comes to washing it, etc. I specifically request them not to wash it when I bring it in. Nothing and no-one touches my car intimately except me.

I Zainoed the car the day after I got it. The sooner the better - don't forget the Zaino helps avoid paint chips!!!
