The white and Orange pad float, lending to an inefficient cleaning in the washer. Your best off washing by hand. As far as durability, it really depends on exposure and techniques used. I have pads Ive been using for over a year now......

what about that greased lightning stuff? it doesnt have any bleaches or anything in it, i sprayed it lightly on the stains on my white pad, agitated with my hands in warm water for a min or so, then washed out with clean water and the pad looks just like new. before, i would just wash in bucket of warm water with some detergent and couldnt get it as clean. actually, now that i think, i washed the orange pad too, and completely got the opt cmpd brown stains out

Ive heard great things about this APC as well. Ive never used it, but have looked at the stuff. Reminds me of Castrols Super Clean which was phenominal......
