waxing in the dark

alright...probably dumb question... I feel like I'm posting one of those 'help me pick out new shoelaces' threads...

but is any kind of light better for waxing at night? I can't usually wax my car during the day because its too damn hot, but at night with my regular filament bulbs in the driveway I can't see shit when I try to take off the wax. I end up the next day with missed spots all over. I'm not sure if its just not bright enough, or if certain kinds of lights are better than others.

I know at detail shops they always have halogen lamps set up... would that help?

I got the same problem, usually I'll swing by the local gas station and get the spots I missed or I might just do the whole car under their super fluorescent lights.
