Help

Ok my car is SSM 2005 Acura TL
I had the car since 12/25/2005

My process

Wash
Clay (Meguiar's)
Polish ( any idea?)
Klasse AIO ( how many coats and how long do I have to wait between coats?)
Klasse SG (how long before I have to wait from last cost of AIO, how many coats?)

Any hints, input, or suggestion would be great.

AIO is an excellent product, provided all your desiring is paint cleaning. Its non abrasive and wont do a thing for swirls. So, as long as your ok with that, this is how you would proceed:
wash
Clay
AIO, you can do it twice, but if you get a good rub in the first go around, you'll be fine. Dont worry about it staining, its one of those better products that wont stain trim.
Remove AIO with a quality MF, and have several on hand.
SG, apply as thin as possible, if you can barely see it when applying, that may even be a tad too much. What color is the Acura ? Or is that what SSm is....lol
Let SG sit for at least an hr. Theres a few threads going around saying you can wipe on/wipe off, but like any acrylic or polymer, IMO, time is needed for product settleing and proper bonding before removal. If humidity is high, you may consider allowing additional time. Anything more then 3 coats is considered non rewarding. So save your product and muscle fatigue. Allow 24 hrs before applying an additional coat.

AIO is a cleaner protectant, so your not going to get additional protection by multiple applications, just thought I'd mention that....

How can I determine if my car needs polish aftering claying. My car is only 8 months old. I plan on Washing my car and then claying with Mother's. I am not sure if I need a polish. If I do need a polish can you please recommend a good polish I can get at the local store. I also understand that AIO is also a cleaner. Thanks

Polish will remove the swirls that you have on your paint surface. It is an important part of prepping the paint to get the shine. If you want a product that is widely avaliable and decent, look into the Meguiars line. Will all this be applied by hand? ScratchX is probably the best to applied by hand.
