For tires, there are tons of spray bottles you can get. I would assume the most popular is black magic. Just spray it on and it will leave that wet, black look for a couple days. You'll need to reapply often, though.

This was in the Wheels and tire section:

I highly recommend the tire gels over the tire sprays. They last longer and look better.

I was using 303. I have switched to Mag's NXT. Spray onto a tire pad and wipe. So far very good.

In the new Guru reports on wheel and tire cleaner... Surprisingly... Armor All original won the tests. Apparently they recently changed the armor all formula so it no longer makes rubber crack over time and great stuff like that.

I use Meguiar's Endurance tire gel and I find it works well. Lasts a while too.

I didn't see the tests but I use Armor All and it works great. The shine lasts at least 3 weeks (the time between carwashes and reapplication).

Meguiar's Endurance is the best product I have ever used on tires. Armor-all works well also, but washes right off in rain. Endurance (comes in high or low shine) goes on really nice, has a pleasent grape smell, and lasts for weeks. I have even scrubed my tires and they are still somewhat shiny and stay dark. I recommend using a strong cleaner such as Westley's Bleach White or FS Purple Power to clean the tires before using endurance.

i use eagle one spray, shine lasts a while. the thing i really love is the included sponge applicator, it is curved to hug sidewall. makes applying foam or spray easy as hell.

thats my tip.

I use bleach white in my Truck wheels (97 GMC Jimmy alpine white w/ BF goodrich AT) That makes the white walls look soo damn good, you can see months of tire shit come off right away, works great for my TSX too!

TSX CSI, you'll probably find that Windex works just as well as bleach on the sidewalls and it's less harmful to the rubber.

heh, not sure about windex for white walls. If your cleaning the tire, just wash it lol, or if that doesn't work, we just use a brush and scrub the tire with some car soap. I would have to agree that armor all works great too. For our details when we have one come in late at night, we spray armor all over the tire and let it sit over night. This works really well because the armor all soaks into the rubber, making it black and it lasts a long time as someone else said earlier in this post.

i really like meguiar's endurance tire gel. i apply the gel with laytex gloves. thats right, i don't use any sponge or anything. just squirt some on your hands, spread and done. no slick hands afterwards. i haven't had a problem with the gel spinning off the tires either and i have a PWP.

I prefer More Shine Less Time by Stoner. Works really good. The gloss is great and makes my vehicles look amazing. It lasts fairly long--the gloss gets dull, but keeps the tires looking dark.

I still should be trying various products, though. I've only had experience with a few tire-shine products...but so far I like this product the best. It comes in an aerosol spray can and application is really easy.
