Shampoo

I'm interested in giving my car a complete shampoo. Has anyone done this, and can you reccomend a good product?

Exterior, any quality name brand OTC will suffice. The main differences are how well they rinse, and do they offer any protection in the offering. The latter not really being relevant, but worth mentioning.
As for interior, consider an extractor for a job well done, on interiors that have been avoided or neglected. Maintenance afterwards is as easy as damp cleaning/wiping and frequent vacuuming.
