Rust
While I was washing the car for the first time in three weeks, I unfortunately noticed the pea-sized nick on my hood. I thought this was a regular stone nick, but apparently this went all the way down to the surface.
Now, unfortunately what would be a proper fix is completely out of the question. With having to replace our roof, there's no room for a full repair. Are there any reliable products that would inhibit/clear the surface rust and allow me to touch up? The rust wasn't there the last time I washed, and doesn't extend to the edges of the paint.

Like Milli-Vanilli, I'm blaming it on the rain we've been having - all the trash and debris we have all over the streets now. I too have a couple new chips. Several of them are to the paint also.
