Rain-X wiper blades

Ok,
so i bought hte Rain-X wiper blades, and I put them on, but the thing is, they don't snap on like the original wipers. They still work, but I don't know if not snapping on is normal, since If i pull on it, it comes off easily.

What should i do? i doubt I could return it

I just saw these to a TV commercial tonight. Look interesting. Since you've had them awhile now, how are they? Can you post up a review?

Thanks

My friend who a manager at TK, hooked me up with a pair of them, they work pretty good, one nice thing though is they appear to leave a coat of rain-x on the windshield after you've used it because the water just flies right up the glass when I'm going 40 mph+ which often elimates having the use them in the first place.

I don't know about the snapping, he put them on for me while I was helping one of his mechanics out lifting something. I'll have to check tommorow when I get my car back from the shop if they come off easy, but from my memory they do not at all.

I bought Rain-X brand wipers one time (blade+support) and I'm never buying them again. I figured I'd go with a brand that's well known and boy was that a mistake.
I've been replacing my own wipers for years so it's not like I don't know what I'm doing... these never fit right. They weren't flat on the glass and so didn't move the water well at all. The blades themselves got loose from the support structure after a short amount of time, leaving the blade to slip out of the rails in the middle of a rainstorm - not fun.

In the end, the OE or those cheap "OEM-Type" replacements they sell at AutoZone are the cheapest and best wipers I've used.

I just bought a pair a few days ago. they snapped on pretty securely. ive used them a few time with the windshield washer fluid and it cleaned the glass good. as of now i have no complaints, but we'll see. RainX is a reputable brand ive tried their washing products and im very pleased thats why i went with their wipers

Also consider the Bosch ICON blades, many using them here and no probs and great performance. Beats the old Bosch Micro Edge 2 in performance and aerodynamics

I had a set of Rain-X blades on my last car - they were good. I've got Bosch now and I like them also. Good wiper blades are everything here in the "sunshine" state!

I used to swear by the siliblades, and they worked great at keeping the window nice and clean, BUT they tend to chatter like a bitch, and no matter how many times or how many different cars I had them on, it was the same thing. I got over them a long time ago and just stick to something good from the auto supply store.

i love the 3 dollar ones from walmart. The work great, dirt cheap so i dont have any hesitatoins about replacing them at the first sight of wear. Always have a fresh set for 7 bucks tops. I used to buy the expensive ones (Bosch) but they never seemed to last any longer then the cheap ones.

Bosch Icons all the way! We get loads of grime, snow, ice, and anyting in-between. I have them on my TSX and bought a pair for my wife's civic, and we both love them. I used to be a big Rain-X guy, but these wipers are so nice, you don't even really need it. Well worth the money.

My rain-x wipers seen to do the job quite well. They snapped right on nice and tight, I had no problems. I would like to try the silblades tho.
