Rain and Waffle Weave..

[hi Pat]

This might seem like a stooopid question...

So it's raining outside and I've just recieved my Waffle Weave order. Could I use the towel to wipe off all the rain drops?

I mean, should I wash the car first, then use the towel?

You should wash first. Chances are there's dirt on the car/in the water which may end up scratching your paint as you dry.
I also wash brand new towels just to be safe.

True, if there is dirt in the rain, there might be a chance of scratching the surface. You might want to just give the car a quick rince down, but check for dirt after rincing. If the car was clean, then got rained on, I think a rince would get the car clean enough to use the waffle weave. We are curretly making a "how to use" video, for the waffle weave. We will be adressing these types of questions in the video.

Hope that helped.

Wash new towels... Should I let it dry completely before using it?

Yes as a short answer since any saturated towel will streak and not perform as intended.

See care for them at:

Anytime I wash my towels, I wash in warm water with Liquid detergent. Dry them at low heat until damp and then let them air dry. My towels get more attention than my clothes.
