paint removal

this weekend I came out to my car and noticed that there was a fine white mist all over it that appears to be paint. I guess someone in my neighborhood was spray painting while it was windy and some of it landed on my car. it is on the paint, the windows, and the black trim. my question is, will clay baring remove the specs from the paint and can I do it to a carbon fiber hood. also what can I use to clean the windows and the black trim.

Claying will remove most paint overspray. You can also clay the windows. As far as the trim, if it's painted or coated, I don't see a prob using clay. Just remember to use a lot of lubricant.

the trim is black rubber trim. bug and tar remover got some of it off but it takes a long time. its not fun probably gonna take me an entire day to do the whole car since I cant stand anything on my paint especially since I show the car.
