Eeeeeeeks..........they say you can, but its against my trade philosophy......If its just for looks, dont top it, just go with the #7. You'll get a couple weeks protection out of it.
I guess you could always go with just the NXT 2.0. If it fills like they claim, it has filler oils which will give you that bling, albeit temporary.......

Yeah, I'm not a HUGE fan of Meg's, but I do have to admit that their new NXT 2.0 is pretty good stuff. It does DEFINTIELY fill swirls. In fact, I applied some to my 07 Carbon Gray Pearl TSX the other week, and it has completely filled my horrific swirls. I'm planning on polishing out the swirls, but I have to wait for the weather to warm up a little bit (Chicago area).

Anyway, it does live up to it's claims - it fills swirls, give some great reflections, and it beads water great. I guess, it's a great temporary solution to my swirl issue until I can get around to using the stuff I ordered/am going to order form Pat to completely remove the swirls

Hehe, you should try out their Mirror Glaze and Detailer's line. They have a lot of great products in those two product lines.

yeah it was a whole fresh repaint. and let me start by saying holy shi*t! This thing was a mess already, there was a guy there the other night hitting some spots by wet sanding and compunding, and he really effeed this thing up. I shouldve taken pics (didnt have camera)

i thought id get away with a white pad and optimum polish, but hell no. I had to use an orange pad and some 3M compund he had laying around to get rid of some of the marks. i actually felt bad cause the owner was like " i hope these people arent too picky", casue it really did look like crap.

Well i attacked it for liek 3-4 hours and shined it up the best i could next time i'll take pics, lol and i told him no more black cars

the factory paint on the Dale Ernhart cars are very hard and durable. My buddy has One and I posted pictures of it a while back. Basically there were 5 pace cars (black monte-carlo's) that ran the tracks in dale Ernhart's last year. My buddy has the one from the daytona 500 when Dale crashed and died. The other 4 are across the country...

Yikes. I was told by my body shop to wait 3 months for the paint to cure before applying anything to it. Is this true?

Yep, just don't apply anything that'll prevent the gases from escaping.
