The meguiars is good stuff. I like the gold class rich leather cleaner and the gold class rich leather conditoner . The aloe in these products makes it possible to really work the product into the leather, and I feel that it gives great results. But..if you want to step it up to the next level, I would try sonus leather cleaner and sonus leather conditioner . I feel that the Sonus cleaner removes more dirt than the meguiars, and I like my leather without a shine when I am done conditioning. Sonus Leather Conditioner leaves a beautiful matte finish, but the leather is really slippery! I love sliding into my seat once I have conditioned it. I know there is a rock solid layer of protection between my but and the seat! Remember, if your leather is dirty, when you clean it, you'll need an agitator brush . I would condition your leather frequently, and especially now because we are getting into the cold months. You want your leather to have as much protection as possible.

Conditioning schedule: Once every 30-60 days, Arizona, Florida and Texas, especially in summer, for northern climates between 90-120 days, use a leather conditioner to restore these natural oils and keep the leather soft and supple. (Criot's Leather Care, Autoglym Leather Care Cream, Zanio Z10 Leather in a Bottle or Zymol Treat leather cleaners are all good maintenance products)

Cleaning- a 5:1 solution distilled water / Woolite

I have to say, I have never really come accross anything that compares to my '99 TL's leather. It's not the same as the new cars, with the sporty seats and very tight leather. I mean, my seats are like lazy boy recliners...and there is so much leather to play with, I can move it around! Why did they do away with this design?

Another popular brand mentioned here alot is Lexol. Regardless of what brand you use, you need to clean and conditon on a regular schedule.

You can find Megs at AutoZone, Pep Boys and Kragens. List of Dealers for Lexol. The other products are available online.

OT - bored7one4, did you ever get to detail your car? I know you were purchasing products and stuff (PB?), but you never got around to telling us how it came out.
