He seems to know his stuff.

nah, i don't have the balls to do this; and luckily, i dont have a scratch that bad. i just posted it cause i've always wondered how people at the dealerships do this stuff and tell you it's gonna take all day to get it done.

By the amount of sanding he did it wasn't much at all ... the rest of his proceedure is crap.
