Interior cleaing!

Hey guys,

I really need to invest in a good cleaning product for the inside of my 07 TSX. I have been using Meguiars Qwik Interior Detailer. It works good, but I need something that cuts through dirt and grime a little bit better. Also, I would like something that doesn't make my interior really shinny. Any suggestions?

Thanks..

i know i will probably get flamed for this, but in the past i have used a paper towel sprayed down with windex....it will clean up the grime without leaving a greasy residue...

Flamed? More like torched! Windex contains ammonia which is an astringent chemical which strips the oils from any surface. If your replacing, thats one thing, but Windex alone?! I thought you knew better Vinn ! LOL
Consider Surf City Dash Away.......

I just started using Optimum Protectant Plus. This stuffs great! Its got a nice leather scent, its thick so it doesnt run and has really nice durability.

Mine is a 2 step process .. nothing beats dedicated steps.

1) Woolite mix per instructions on my web page.

2) Dressing of choise .. I prefer Megs #40 or 303. Between the 2 I get the exact same look and feel so I don't know which might be better. #40 smells like leather.

OK ExcelDetail...you have recommended one product and someone else recommends your Optimum Protection Plus. Which do you recommend for the TL's???? Or tell us the difference between Surf City Dash Away and Optimum Protection Plus.

Thanks

Optimum for pure protection, Surf City for light cleaning.
You could follow up Surf City with Optimum. Hows that for confusion? LOL
Theyre actually two different products for two different purposes.

No, that's a perfect clarification and just what we wanted to hear. And you are right....both serve a completely separate purpose. Thanks alot!

Another great feature about dash away is that it really is almost a total interior product... It can even be used for mild spot treatments on carpets
