bug and tar remover is pretty harsh stuff. I would recommend claying the rims first to remove the residue. just do it while you're washing them and use the soap as the lube. the clay should take it right off, then when you're done and car is dry, put a nice coat of wax on the rims to prevent further damage.

Why wait? Do it now and it will help prevent so much dirt and grime.
I wax mine about every 6 months or so, or at least I have w/ previous rims.
Ya i have it in CAI mode i like it alot it has a good growl but during el NINO
i am scared so i am prolly going to put it in SRI and it is a 6mt SS.... On another note it took a very long time to clean the air filter drying took most of the time
