Inside door panels

The door panels in my car have several scuff marks on them. I have tried using a general interior cleaner with little luck. Is there something better out there that will remove the scuff marks? My car has the parchment interior and the scuffs are black (from shoes).

If this is on the plastic near the bottom (happens to me there all the time) try using a MF cloth and NO cleaner. Just some good old elbow grease. wrap the towel around a finger and rub vigorously for a couple of seconds. The friction usually takes it right off. Funny, when I use a cleaner, it doesn't work as well...

I have scuffs also, but they are on the pillars where the seat belt swings back. They are actual scuffs not marks you can rub off........anyone have any ideas?
