How to remove tire/rubber scuffs

Some idiot backed up and left tire rub/scuff marks on the lower portion of my driver side door panels and rear bumper and I wanted to get some advice on the best way to remove them. I'll probably have to break out the UDM to remove any scratches that were left behind as well. Should I just try washing it and removing what I can gently and then clay the areas? Rubbing alcohol? Pisses me off that it also left a crease in my passenger door. My 4 year old TSX had no prior dings to any part of the car and now its tainted
