How much do you think it should cost for...

All done by a detailer

1) Buffing with a medium cut polish to remove etched in water spots.
2) Wash/Polish/Wax with Polymer

Depends on the actual condition of your vehicle (how deep the etching goes, swirls....etc) I would guess anywhere from 100-160 or more is the range.

My uncle goes to Nissan to get his wash/wax and interior shampoo cleanin done to his Nissan. He says that he sees other cars there other than Nissans doing the same service. Don't know if dealerships like that do it in jerzey. Oh yeah, and it was for about $160-180 I think.

I got mine done for $75 at a local ford dealership. It had bad water spots and swirl marks. Now it looks great. The price list said $120 for a full detail.

some do, but I wouldn't dare let them touch my car. Hell if my car has to go in for service there is a big sign I tape to the window that says DO NOT WASH MY CAR!

My car is suffering right now because of the Acura service. Once I told the service rep to make a note to not have the car washed but they did it anyway

do you think it matters how long the etched waterspots are in the paint? instead of getting a detail now and then getting one every year, how about right before I sell my car?

My dealer, Riverside Acura, charges 110 for a complete detail. I got it fro free, but they did the outside, inside, and the engine bay also...awesome job.
