How much should it be to get a shop or proffesional to use an orbital buffer on the hood of my car, to buff away some scratches that wont come out with 3M swirl remover or Mcguires Scratch X. Tonight, I messed up real bad. Tried to remove those scratches with 3M swirl remover. Before I applied the swirl remover I had previoulsy 4 days ago put on 2 coats of Z2 with ZFX. When I applied the swirl remover tonight, it made my swirless and almost perfect hood, except some of the scratches, turn into a swirlathon, and it looks like crap. I put some dawn on it to strip the wax, and applied 2 coats of ZFX and Z2 again. It looks a little better, but I think just if some used an orbital buffer on the hood of my car it would look perfect again, an orbital buffer can get rid of thinline scratches that Mcguires Scratch X cant take out right? So, basically, do you know how much it should be for some shop to just use an orbital buffer and get rid of the scratches and swirls on my hood only? thanks!

less than $100 - for sure . ..
heck - i can get a whole acura buffed for about 125 canadian . ..

so it should be much less in US bucks . .

 

whats a single stage buff compared to what... a double stage buff? All I want, is those swirl marks I caused gone, and those surface scratches. Yes, just the hood. Thanks
