How Do I Remove Double Sided Tape Residue?

I had a body kit / spoiler I removed which were attached on by double sided/rubber tape.

I still have a bunch of those residues stuck on my car.

Any recommended solution for this without damaging my paint? Thanks!

Try Goo Gone or WD40. After cleaning apply a coat of wax/sealant.

Man.. my stuff is too thick.. Goo Gone made the thick doublesided cushion tape smushy.. but it doesn't come off.. it got thinner though.. maybe I'll keep trying until it's all gone.
