The muffler on my Neon is rusting. What spray or anti-rust stuff you guys use?

Any good way to prevent this from happening again? This is my long-D and snowboarding car, so it will have to play with road salts.

 

Best bet is to sand the remaining rust. Clean it up with a steel brush. Then use black rustoleum. Should work like a charm.
