Gorilla Glue on My Bumper! Help!

While washing my car ~6 months ago one of my black vinyl letters on my front bumper fell off. My dumbass put a light coat of Gorilla Blue on the back of it and put it back on the car. I go out to the car the next day and the glue had leaked and hardened around the outside of the letter. Here's a recent picture:

Here's a picture from further away. You can see the glue on the last "A" in the bumper:

I have no idea how to get it off without damaging the paint. Any ideas?

Clay bar just goes right over the stuff and doesn't do anything. I don't have access to a heat gun but that's a possibility.

Check this out...

"Since Gorilla Super Glue is a strong adhesive, it can be difficult to remove from surfaces once cured. However, it is not waterproof, so hot soapy water will eventually break the bond. Acetone or isopropyl alcohol will also break the bond after numerous applications and by using moderate pressure and rubbing the surface."

Acetone isn't too paint friendly but Rubbing Alcohol is ..

try gasoline...you know your paint doesnt get f'd up from that already from the many trips to the gas station. I use that to take off sticker adhesive, road tar...etc etc. it never fails me...pretty much takes anything off.
