Going to clay my car need some advice

So im going to clay my car this weekend. i have some wax still on my car from when i waxed it a month ago. should i wash it with dish wash soap to get it off before i clay or just use my regular car wash soap?

Wash the car as you normally do, then clay.

^^ x2 assuming your going to polish it out .. Clay will remove some of it anyway.
