DuraGloss #101 / #111

So, is this stuff a true polish, or a sealer. With the ease of applying and removal (by hand) I'm guessing/hoping it is a sealer. I'm hoping to do a semi-detail this weekend, but don't want to "f" it up. I plan on wash/dry, Duragloss #111, and a coat of carnuba. I'll re-apply the carnuba every so often. When should I strip and reapply the Duragloss? Am I on the right track. Thanks for any words of wisdom.
