Car Wash Hack on Rainy Day?

I was thinking the other day if there was some hack where you can sprinkle some powdered soap, or liquid soap on your car moments before heavy rain. Then, if the rain stops mid-day, dry off the car.

Obviously this would be in-between proper washes. Haha.

Plus, the sun won't be out so you won't get water spots. And if you could time it for a hurricane, then the gale force winds should dry the car too. Just like the superblowers at the drive through car wash.

lol. It takes me 10 minutes to wash my whole van. No hack job either.

I do the opposite, I actually normally look forward to washing in the rain since the water isn't hard water and there won't be dirt to pool and make dirty marks or water spots. I wash in rain, then pull in the garage and it dries without marks.
