Bumper Sticker Removal

So I removed a stupid bumper sticker from my car, and now there's this nasty glue like substance where the bumper sticker used to be. High pressure water won't remove it, any ideas?

Thanks.

3M Multipurpose Cleaner is safe for paint and works well.
