Anyone know how to get rid of this stain?

So my search for a type s is still on going... i've seen one with 50k miles and the dealer is asking 26 OTD. I'm trying to get him to 22OTD considering it has scratches and the front bumper also has scratches... the back seat has an unusual stain and the dealer said once I buy it they can guarantee to fix that and the scratches...I'm sure they've already tried to fix it thru buffing or however else you fix stain on leather..anyway this is the pic of the back seat stain...its a little less noticeable now than it was when the picture was taken..but its still there! anyone know how to fix, i bet the dealer won't really do jack about it once I drive the car out the lot, but i made him put in the contract that they'll fix it...but i know they won't fix it to perfection...any suggestions if i do decide to buy the car?

this is probably from someone doing it in the backseat...the dealer said it might have been from chemicals that the previous owners used to clean it..LOL

OP I haven't used many different leather cleaners, but wolfgang leather cleaner works well on what I have used it on so far. I follow with Zaino leather conditioner.

Larry Kosilla's work is freakin awesome... I've watched all his vids and tried most of the stuff he's suggested... His advice is gold...
