Any bodyshop guys out there? need advice on buffing

my CRX's parking brake failed the other night, and the car rolled into a painted post. theres no dents, but theres white paint marks all over the drivers side fender.

you can scratchit off and see the red paint underneath, but i know theres a better way of doing this. how do i buff? what materials do i need to buy? im tempted to just buy a matchin can of spray paint but id rather that be a last resort

ill try and get some pics up later, but i lost my USB cable

get some rubbing compound, go easy with it though as it can take off the clear coat if applied too hard

buy some detailers clay from autozone. make sure you use a lot of lube and it will be all gone safley. It will leave your paint showroom shiny and smooth. Tune in to the wash and wax section.

Clay will take off a paint transfer. There are a million articles on how to clay online. For the inevitable scratches grab some Megs ScratchX and the appropriate applicator.

claying also works well, and whatever the clay doesnt get off the wax afterwards should take care of it.
