you are going to need to spend some $$$ to do that:
1. By only doing the rear you will upset the braking bias and can injure yourself in emergency situations.
2. you won't have a parking-brake left
To do it properly you will need to get:
Front Big-Brake Kit
Rear Big-Brake kit
I would suggest you use the same manuf. as they keep the bias the same during product development.
Are you looking for more stopping power or looks?
If looks for 30 bux you can buy plastic covers that go on the rear brakes for true

Retrofit the RL's Rotora BBK, 15 Inches, 8 Pot for the fronts, and get a TL Rear BBK. This should be enough to make your face hurt.

Get the Rotora 4-pot rear BBK, paint them gloss black and slap on some Acura stickers and....done...
You only gain more braking surface area w/ a bbk (front or rear) you DO NOT change the bias between front and rear...
I have a front 4-pot and a rear 2-pot setup..no problems what-so-ever!!!!
Stops on a dime thought..
UH cs: you still keep the factory emergency brake...and mixing the manufacturer between bbk's will not matter...

Duplicolor black caliper paint kit-$10--makes rears look like fronts
Works for other cars too- stealthy brakes or matched color

The DVD-A Script Guy
Is this good enough ? Just to plain old stock ones but at least they match a bit better.
Disassembled brakes, used G2 paint, reassembled and put on decal.
The decal's the tough part. You will need to find someone to make one the right size. The guy that did mine is long booted from ebay.

haha those caliper covers.....but all laughing aside it looks like they REALLY upgraded the looks of those covers to look like the latest Brembo BBKs. It really does look real this time, the ones that have been out there for awhile looked positively like cheap fake plastic crap, but not these. Don't laugh but I almost feel like trying them now to see what they look like. I am sure it is a sure way to get flamed by this forum for cheapening my car with Ebay parts but it looks convincing. I was going to paint my calipers but maybe this is a better way to get the calipers noticed with less maintenence. And the black looks good. (OMG I can't believe I am taking this seriously)
Personally I am pretty satisfied with the TL's braking ability. I would want a BBK just for it's looks but that's not cost effective of course. The width of our front brakes looks bigger but otherwise they may work, lol.
