As the topic states, will the big texas meet occur this year? My reason for asking is that I see the CCM meet for SA posted and the texas meet is normally around that same time. I'd like to attend either but not both if there is a BIGASS TEXAS meet. I'd just like to start planning from early

If it were to be held in the spring, it would seem most of us DFW guys could make it. But around the time of fall is just a bit much for us.

Our car club is an official sponsor of CCM and I'm a good friend of it's President. My husband actually is helping her with some of the planning and found the location. If we had a big enough turn out, she might be able to set something up for us.. Heck Acurazine could even sponsor and it might not be too late to get on the flier.. Just some ideas.

^ Yep Veterans Day is 11/11/2011. That's an official holiday so it's payed time off for me! Woohoo! Sometimes working for the Government has its perks. lol. I love that the meet is on a 3-day weekend. Pretty badass.

I asked her for AcuraZine parking when they held CCM at the AAC in Dallas & she set aside for us 5-6 spots near the main booth.

I'll be parked with Team High Rev again near the entrance alongside Team Hi Def. We are actually meeting up tomorrow morning to discuss designing the parking layout and some other event stuff (top secret :wink: ). CCM11 is gonna be awwweesome!

We more than likely will. What part of town are you from?

 

Please be aware that even though the meet starts at 4PM, you guys need to arrive much, much earlier than that if you plan to roll in as a group.

Or if I can get a quick list of those who are definitely attending, I can ask Tiff if she can hold a few spots again for us.

My main concern is getting you all parking spots near each other. These meets fill up fast & it becomes rather difficult to find 1 spot, let alone any near your desired group.

We got lucky at CCM10, & just park behind each other.

 

Just come early. At TX2K11, they were so many fights and arguments cause of parking. One guy had a M3 and paid for parking but a Lamborghini owner said your car is a POS and doesn't deserve to be in the front n shit

 

I don't think I missed it in the thread but when is TX2K11 and where is it?
