Probably 4-6 hours if we had multiple people.
Taking off bumper, taking headlights, and putting them back take about 45 minutes.
Suspension takes 2 hours each assuming 2 people per wheel. Taking rear seat is the longest thing and it takes 15 minutes.
So 3 hours x 2 = 6.

I'm in Eagle pass coming home Friday...I can typically only do weekends & that's kinda limited to me seeing my little brother...lmk some kind of heads up & ill try & make some time...
I just picked up my coilovers..decided to go with ISC coilovers..
I wanna sit back & watch
lol...I replaced every spring before had to compress & remove/replace ever spring that wasn't fun. ..It's not too bad just replacing the complete assembly...If everyone worked on one car at a time I don't think ya'll would finish...& where do ya'll plan to do it. ..I don't think my place would be good & we would have to be in the grass... like I said im down to lend a hand but I've already done it twice so I wouldn't want to do a whole install. ..

I would think just go as low as you can without rubbing tire no?...im sure you can get your tires to tuck under fenders without rubbing I dont know of ayone who would want a wheel gap on coilovers?...lol...
if it's just stock Wheels you shouldn't have any rub. Suggest dial them all the way down and work your way up. To the height you like
I got mine installed Saturday. It took about 6 hours, bc we used the stock hats and those were a pain in the ass to take off. Also for whatever reason the last one we did my rear passenger side wouldn't come out easy, so that added extra time. Overall I'm pretty happy with the look and feel of the ride, feels just as good as stock if not better. But now with a drop I definitely need to get wheels.

that it gets resolved soon. Lucky I still kept my OEMs so that's what I'm having to roll with right now. Not a great look. I did find out that Vossen stopped making any more CV3's right now but plans are to start manufacturing them again in January. Guess they are making some changes to the design or just got backordered. Which gives me some time to get this settled. Either that or go with the CV7? or maybe the new VSF1's?

Planning on installing suspension, headlights, bulbs, PS O-ring, transmission sensors, and oil tomorrow. Hopefully I can finish in 6-7 hours. Got my steroid lumbar injection so it doesn't 'hurt' THAT much.
Then planning on setting up an appointment at Fernandez/Benson (forgot which one) for Timing Belt package for $895.

I don't have a dremel but I can get a hold of one
I'm pretty sure I can take care of the cutting and sanding but I would really need help with the electrical part because I'm kinda scared to mess it up.lol
If you are able to help me out just let me know if and when it would be best time for you

Hi Guys, I am new to San Antonio and new to the Acura world. Just purchased a 2007 TL S a couple days ago from Houston. I was wondering if anyone of you guys have done the navigation hacks and if so would someone be willing to help me with it? I have also ordered the 3rd and 4th gear pressure switches so that I can replace them along with a trans fluid flush. If someone could help me with that also it would be great. I can give you some $$, or buy lunch, drinks, whatever. Thanks!
I've done the wiring before I can help out on tomorrow on Saturday just lmk... around noon would be good...I don't mind helping with drain & switches either bit if you have an auto you're supposedto do it like 3 ttimes. ..

Just picked up a 2011 RDX with Tech. Love the car so far.
I may need help next week to install rear suspension and to change height in front if anyone is down. :P

Thanks TL Luver. It is indeed an auto. I can handle the fluid and drain and fill on my own but thought it might be best to have someone who has done the switches before incase I run into issues.
Do any of you guys know of locksmiths around the area? My TL only came with one key. I called Gunn Acura and they quoted me $300+ for a new remote/key. I was thinking of buying one from OEMAcuraparts and then just having it programmed and cut by a local locksmith.
i bought mine online blank, so gunn cut it free but would charge to program it, try taking it to honda and see if they can give you a better price. they should be able to do it...
