I called the city before a bout a bent rim from a pothole on the hwy & they told me all I had to do was handwrite a letter to somewhere and they would have covered it...but I didn't bother. ..hope everything works out. ..

I've been sick with the flu & a fever of 101.4 for like 3 days so im not up for working on any cars anytime soon...going to the doctor today; my second day off from work...

I always try to look at the bright side. Clutch goes out "got a new clutch" LOL, front hit the curb "got front bumper painted" LOL, all wheels bent? "get new wheels, lol" Been thinking about changing over to the CV3's anyway.

if your stock wheels bent that easily, CV3 will bend even easier.

I've driven around all of Texas the past few years with my Forgestars and have hit some terrible bumps/roads and they're still runnin. I recommend Forgestars all day err day

Just paid for Tein SA and hopefully they come soon so I can install them.

mannn i was about to get sone Tein SA's but when i contacted the company if it was a sale price or reg price i never got a reply and when i looked today they went up $50 -_-

Last Thursday my car was vandalized and broken into at Kohls on Bandera. They took all my stuff inside. IDs, tablets, my girls bag, my escort radar, etc... Also damaged my bumper, dents on right side of vehicle, and actuator on lock is messed up along with the door itself may have a problem because it won't open/unlock.

My poor car. I bought 2k+ worth of stuff to install and now its going to need more work.

My insurance company offered to give me a rental, but I had to deny because Enterprise/all rental companies would not allow me to rent until I have a current ID. So I had to pay out of pocket to replace the window temporarily and wait to this week to go see an adjuster.

The items were hidden. It was also near the front of Kohls and I went in and out in about 4 minutes. They targeted my car regardless of what was in it.

So annoying. :/ SAPD won't find these people-- I'm sure they threw this under the pile of car robberies even though video cameras would show them along with them using my credit card at a nearby gas station immediately after stealing my stuff.

Yeah I was without words when it happened because my girl left her bag and stuff underneath the seat because we were just looking at one thing and leaving. It contained nearly all of her stuff/identity documents (SS card, DL, work stuff, etc...)

My renters insurance will cover some-- but are only covering the "market value" of everything so I'm pretty sure I'm only going to get 50% of what everything is worth realistically. I think I lost about 3k worth of stuff solely because I just got out of classes and work so I had with me two iPad mini retinas, surface pro 3, some cash, radar, etc... Everything was in my backpack or her bag which were underneath the seat at the time. Didn't think twice about someone jacking it since I knew it was going to be a quick time at Kohls. :/

They basically hit me at the perfect time. I never have all my stuff with me, I just had to do a presentation that day so I had nearly all my stuff with me today. :/

thats exactly why the rare times i have my backpack with me i take it down wherever i go... and always tell my girl to have her purse, you never know now days... i dont ever keep stuffin my car, and looks like ima have to start taking my radar down now again...

Yeah I don't usually put anything in there. If I do, I put in the trunk.


Going to get my Tein SA tomorrow, timing belt service done at Gillman for $895, gonna try to see if JnC will do my headlights, and get the transmission sensors switched out again.

How hard is it to install the coilovers?...gonna be picking up a set of coilovers myself..

and been wanting to do my headlights.. Jeremy (TL luver) said he wouldn't mind helping me do my own.

I have LED angel eyes so I need them repaired/resoldered. I don't know if Jeremy installed the ZKr-r lenses but I usually go to JNC for all my work. If you want we can help each other along with Matt/Jeremy if they're not busy to do suspension. I'm planning on doing it soon though

I have L3-S1 disk herniations-- possible back surgery (from a accident). Finished my second injection a few weeks ago, prob doing my 3rd soon.

I've done it before with my car so it would be fun if we did it all together. I think it would make everything faster, but it is up to all of you. I also needed to install 3/4th gear solenoids, headlights, and stuff. So mine maybe would take a ounce longer.

I agree if we all did it together it would go faster. I'd like to do headlights as well as possible visors and some other stuff.
We can make a whole day out of it.

I have a 21gal air compressor & air tools ya'll are welcome to use...

but it seems kwong has his mindset I wouldn't expect him to wait any longer than he already planned lol. .. I know id probably have my part on the same day lol. ..
